Rivers Leasing has announced four promotions within its team, reflecting both the hard work and commitment of individuals as well as the increasing responsibilities of the company as it grows.
Rishi Shah, Darlene Fernandes, Jacqui Eadie and Paul Oxley have all been long standing members of Rivers Leasing, working closely with clients and proving instrumental in the ongoing development of Rivers Leasing. The well-deserved promotions herald the company’s commitment to its team, as well as its ongoing growth and plans for progression.Rishi Shah, who has been our Business Operations Manager for six years, is now our Business Operations Director with immediate effect.
Rishi is a key presence within the team, working directly with Rivers Leasing’s highly valued brokers, vendors and customers, and heading up the daily operational running of the business, including the front-line underwriting of lease and loan proposals. Rishi develops and maintains relationships with the company’s panel of brokers and vendors, manages the customer service that supports end user customer queries. Rishi has gained his knowledge and built his experience in the finance industry over his time at Rivers Leasing and as a result of this, is able to offer solutions that best benefit the needs of our customers. Rishi is the longest serving member of the Rivers team and has been instrumental in the growth of the business.
Darlene Fernandes, who joined Rivers Leasing in 2015 and has successfully worked her way up through the company, is now our new Business Operations Manager. Jacqui Eadie, who has been with us since June 2015, has been promoted to Lease Finance Manager, and Paul Oxley, who joined us in November 2018 is now our new Lease Accountant.
